It could not have been a more beautiful day for this afternoon wedding on the Lower East Side of Manhattan’s Chasam Sopher Shul. The sun was shining and everyone was enjoying the beautiful scenery, though maybe a few degrees less heat would have been slightly more comfortable. A beautiful second marriage, the “kids” were a big part of their day, and could not have added more fun to their parent’s simcha.

Michael & Fallon’s wedding was one of our most memorable. We took a road trip to Detriot to be with them, driving through the night on the i-80. There weren’t any flights early enough before their Sunday wedding, and we didn’t want to miss it for the world. (But don’t ask us for another midnight ride, it was a one-time-deal!). The wedding was in a beautiful setting, with a couple surrounded by their loved ones. Their Brothers. Sisters. Their best friends. A lot of laughter and goofing off, this day was perfectly them.

Two weeks ago I posted a stunning image of a sweet, laughing kallah. Remember? Well now that Daniel & Kelly have seen their images, we’re gearing up to post a few more. I am STILL thinking about the radiating smiles and funky dance moves. That’s one memorable couple.
